Service Agreement
This Service Agreement is a formal contract between CCF Atlantic LLC and the person or business signing this document. By providing your signature, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow all the rules and guidelines detailed in this document, along with the standard Terms and Conditions required by our company for all travel operations.
Nonrefundable Bookings: All costs and service charges are completely nonrefundable. Once your travel is confirmed, your payment is final and permanent.
CCF Atlantic LLC manages professional travel logistics for the entertainment sector, including airfare, hotels, and ground services. Our work depends on what vendors have available and your prior budget approval. You are responsible for paying all quoted fees in full. Please be aware that CCF Atlantic LLC is not liable for any losses or issues caused by third-party providers like airlines or hotels. Furthermore, we are not responsible for the behavior of clients and their guests or any indirect damages caused by vendor delays. We strongly advise every client to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to ensure their own financial protection.
